This is a book lent to me by one of my friends. It is full of great tricks to fit yoga into your everyday life. I found the section on breathing exercises particularly inspiring.
Yoga with Cats
This books is great fun and the images of the cats are incredibly beautiful – I just wish I could do yoga as elegantly and effortlessly as they did.
